Wayne and Bernadine Lucas
opened Strawberry & Co. over 25 years ago in historic
downtown
Lancaster. After meeting at the Maryland Institute in
Baltimore, Maryland Wayne and Bernadine
married and have since pursued a life filled with art,
creativity, and a mutal appreciation for rare
antiques. Wayne is an avid sculptor and Bernadine enjoys
illustration and watercolor. Their
daughter Ashley is an artist as well,
pursuing photography and filmmaking in the New York
area. Bernadine and Wayne have two cats - sassy Zoe and
sweet Roy. They are the
inspiration behind much of the Lucas family's varied
creations...
